The Model P-200L is the most popular oil filter crusher model for crushing heavy duty truck filters. The P-200L accepts filters up to 16" tall and crushes multiple automotive size filters at once. Crushed filters are deposited through a trap door in the rear of the crushing chamber directly into a 55 gallon transport drum that can be positioned under the machine. The P-200L requires no air supply and uses a fully self contained electric/hydraulic power unit. This system provides consistent crushing force without the need for any air supply. The user has total hands free operation. A push button control activates the system and a built-in safety mechanism prevents the machine from operating when the loading door is open. SPACE SAVER |

The Model P-300 provides more crushing force than any competitor, crushing oil filters up to 20" tall, multiple smaller filters at once, and oily shop rags. The large crushing chamber also allows crushing five gallon paint cans into thin wafers. With over 70,000 pounds of crushing force, the P-300 removes the maximum oil possible from used filters! This eliminates the fabric mess and disposal problem typical when cutting filters. Crushed filters are deposited through a trap door in the rear of the crushing chamber directly into a transport drum. The P-300 includes legs to house two 55 gallon drums under the machine. One drum can be used for crushed filters and the other for waste oil. A drain located under the crushing chamber allows for waste oil to be plumbed directly to a drum or bulk tank. All operation is provided by a fully self-contained, electric/hydraulic power unit. This provides consistent crushing force without the need for high volume air supply, condensation filters and lubricators necessary with air units. A push button control activates the system and a built in safety mechanism prevents the machine from operating when the loading door is open. SPACE SAVING |

The Model D-60 is a dual purpose machine. This Drum Crusher can be used to compact waste inside the drum or to crush the empty drum itself. By compacting waste into the drum you can realize dramatic savings in handling and disposal fees by getting up to 80% more material into each drum. Typical waste products that our customers are compacting into drums include paint booth air filters, shop rags, cartridge-style oil filters, low-level radioactive waste, laboratory garments, absorbent materials, metal and plastic containers, and glassware. Alternatively, you may have a lot of used drums that you need to dispose of. The Model D-60 will crush a 55 gallon drum down to 4" in height greatly reducing storage space requirements and transport fees. The Model D-60 will crush drums up to 85 gallons in size. |
