The Key Start Module provides manual start and fault protection in a wide range of engine applications. The unit is housed in custom designed 72mm sq. DIN standard modules that can be easily mounted into almost any switch box or control panel. Dedicated fault channels are provided for Low Oil Pressure (LOP) , Cooling Fault (TEMP), and Overspeed (OS). An auxiliary channel (AUX) is user programmable and has a slide-in label. The fuel control output provides engine shutdown and alarm functions, via an external relay.

Start on Demand Module

The Start on Demand Module (also known as "Auto On Demand") enables generating sets to start when a demand for power is present. For example, a light switch is turned on, the need for power is sensed and the generator starts automatically. When the last light is turned off, the generator stops. Typical applications include cottages, hunting lodges, remote gensets, pumping stations where hydro is not available.
