CENTRIFUGAL OIL CLEANERS
(Previously Spin-Clean Site)

Why a centrifuge?

A Technical Advantage

Engines continuously generate many very small contaminants that escape current full-flow filter systems:

  • Typically, full-flow filters remove large oil contaminants, while additional bypass filters still allow almost all contaminants below 1 micron to remain in the oil system.

  • These particles of carbon, soot and dirt accumulate and recirculate with the oil, eventually attacking crankshaft bearings and pistons, causing premature wear and possible engine failure.

  • Alternatively, centrifuge technology removes abrasive dirt below 1 micron. The entire process reduces bearing and piston ring wear for overall lower maintenance costs.

  • Reduces manufacturing time and costs to produce biodiesel from waste vegetable oil (WVO) and other sources.

  • Removes solids from bio-diesel and waste oils that would normally cause excessive wear of fuel injection equipment. These sub micron particles can not be removed by regular filters.
