How efficient is the FilterFuge operation?

Simply Efficient.

Centrifuge technology is the simplest path to more efficient engine & equipment operation. The FilterFuge centrifuge does not require auxiliary power: Oil pressure drives the centrifuge, creating a centrifugal force of over 2000 G's which drives contaminants to the sides of the turbine. Contaminants are collected, compacted, and turned into a solid cake for easy disposal with a cleaning process that takes only minutes. By completely removing small contaminants from the oil and not allowing them to recirculate, the efficiency of the oil is enhanced. Grit, soot, dirt and other debris have always been part of the combustion process in every diesel engine. As fuel is burned, lubricating oil picks up these and other contaminants, and carries them through a full-flow filter where the really large particles are removed. Even when a bypass filter is added, almost all particles below approximately ten microns still remain in the oil.
